Increase Zinc

Zinc is vital for the health of a mans reproductive system, leading to to the claims that zinc rich foods such as oysters are aphrodisiacs.

Zinc rich foods are not common in modern diets. They include sea food, offal, lentils, soya beans, nuts and wheatgerm.

Zinc is used in many systems in the body, including wound healing and the immune system. This means deficencies are felt in less vital systems (as far as the body is concerned).

Ceryainly increasing zinc in your diet, or taking a zinc supplement wouldn't do any harm if you needed to help with possible impotence problems.
